Electric chain hoist - VT Type suspended and with Trolley

Description:

The electric chain hoists are planned only to lift free weights in the space. Hoistsm can be combined with manual push trolley, geared chain trolley or electric. Hoists run on the lower flanges of the beam in conditions of safe and controlled efficiency, respecting the measures and limits of use as described in the information of use, and using the authorized lifting machine and accessories.

TECHNICAL AND CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS OF HOISTS AND TROLLEYS:

Protection and insulation of the hoists and trolley motors:  IP 54 protection - "F" class insulation.

Main power supply: alternating electric current with three phase voltage of 400 V - 50 Hz.

Auxiliary controls power supply: BT command throught control panel, with alternating current of: 24V - 50Hz.

Environmental conditions of use: operating temperature min. -10°C, max +40°C.

Maximum relative humidity: 85%

Maximum altitude: 1000 m - s.l. m.

Noise level dB(A): of 80 dB(A)

Options:

TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE "VT" HOISTS

Frame of the hoist: in light alloy with gearbox casing closed to grease bath

Reducer: with thermally treated steel gears, rotating on ball bearings

Electric motor: three-phase asynchronous, self-braking single or double polarity respectively for hoists with one or two speeds.

Load nut: alveolus, milled in steel

Chain: ring-shaped, high-strength steel, surface hardened with anti-wear treatment.

Chain bag: made of plastic material (soft bag) to collect the inactive chain

Hook: high strength, in pressed steel, swiveling on ball bearings (the lower one), with safety snap-hook against unhooking.

Load limit: friction device, it stop movements in case of overload

Lift limit switch: electric to limit the maximum up and down running.

Controls: in low voltage 48V, they are activated by hanging control panel, IP 55 protection degree, equipped with an emergency stop button

TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS OF TROLLEY FOR "VT"

Bearing plates: steel, each equipped with two pins to support the wheels.

Wheels: two for each plate (in the chain and electric carriages two of them are provided with toothed crown), in cast iron, mechanically carved, provided with guide edge, swiveling on ball bearings.

Adjustable tie-rods: for connecting the bearing plates according to the width of the sliding beam wing, with shim washers, clamping nuts and safety device against unscrewing.

Electric trolley motor: self-braking, at one speed

Electric trolley translation reducer: with thermally treated steel gears, rotating on ball bearings

Handwheel for the chain carriage: cast iron, it gives the movement of the wheels through the chain

Hand chain: in steel, galvanized, with high resistance to wear
