Rack binder with sliding casing - Type Z
The fixed rack cage with sliding box is intended exclusively for lifting, in vertical, guided loads.The use must be carried out in controlled efficiency, respecting the measures and limits of use as described in the Information of use, and using the authorized lifting machine and accessories.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Frame of the load-bearing box and gearbox: of sturdy construction, in shearing and drawn sheet steel
Upper head and lower overhang: in pressed steel, welded on the case
Rack: carbon steel with milled teeth
Gears: molded from high strength alloy steel, milled from solid
Brake: with safety pawl to stop the load in the wanted position with the crank release.
The brake is automatic at loading pressure and is equipped with asbestos-free friction linings.
Binder control: by manual rotation of the crank
